The incredible grain pattern, of this warm-coloured piece of yew, is emphasized by the elegant shape of the hollow form. The only decoration is radial hand-carving on the foot. The foot gives the hollow form the appearance of floating.
The piece is sealed with Danish Oil which provides a low-sheen finish, that enhances the natural beauty of the wood whilst protecting and nourishing it.
