Small wooden hand-decorated bowl turned from Sweet Chestnut.
This characterful bowl has an incurved profile enhanced by the addition of a wide textured band, coloured with red spirit stain and highlighted with black coloured hand-carved markings and wire burned rings top and bottom. The inside and lower half of the bowl have been left natural to reveal the beautiful grain of the sweet chestnut.
